Encircle’s Older Persons Action Program supports seniors in the Redcliffe Peninsula area to stay connected, active and supported. The program offers social outings, coffee and chat groups, movement and wellbeing activities, as well as personalised help to access aged care, housing, health, legal and community services. It is available to people aged 60 and over, or 50 and over for First Nations people.
