Bidgerdii’s Elders Care Support Program helps Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders stay connected, supported and involved in community life. Social groups in Rockhampton, Mount Morgan and Blackwater offer regular activities, cultural connection and opportunities to build friendships, with additional support available to access aged care services and transport.
