Community Recovery Hotline – a line for essential food and medications 

Queenslanders in home quarantine as a result of COVID-19 will be able to access advice, information and support through the Queensland Government’s Community Recovery Hotline. The hotline can work with charities and non-government organisations to arrange the non-contact delivery of essential food and medication to people in quarantine with no other means of support.

The Community Recovery Hotline on 1800 173 349 may also be used by people who  for social and emotional telephone support.

At this time the hotline is only for people in quarantine, and only for those who have no other support mechanisms.

Resources and information in different languages

EthnoLink Language Services have launched a dedicated multilingual resource library focused on COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Visit the site – COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Multilingual Resource Library. Currently they have information available in 24 languages (more to come) from Health authorities at Federal, State and Global levels.
