We are seeking a community representative to represent us on the PallConsult Steering Committee.
The aim of PallConsult is to build capacity within the generalist workforce to provide quality end-of-life care and to support equitable access to home-based care for those who choose it. The sought outcomes are improved palliative patient experience especially for non-urban Queenslanders without direct access to a specialist palliative care service, coupled with decreased unwanted hospital admissions.
