Eat Well – Be Active

Eat Well Be Active encourages older people to eat well, stay hydrated and keep active. Delivered in two sessions, one on Eating Well and the other Being Active, it’s all about healthy ageing and having choices for enjoyable and independent living for as long as possible.

As funding has now concluded, this topic has very limited current availability. However, we are still able to offer sessions in limited areas, depending on availability.
