In addition to partnering in the Home & Community Care (HACC) C3 project, COTA Queensland provides secretariat support to and is a founding member of the HACC Statewide Information, Education and Training Roundtable
Comprised of a number of statewide organisations funded to provide information, education and training to consumers, carers or service providers, the Roundtable undertakes its role by:
- brings together the wealth of member group experience member groups possess and use this to plan information, education and training provision more strategically;
- focuses on providing statewide information, education and training services across Queensland for consumers, carers and service providers;
- improves the capacity of the HACC sector through provision of information, education and training and;
- develops and implements collaborative information, education and training strategies
